What should I do if I'm feeling sick?

If you're feeling unwell, please do not visit us. Please contact us immediately at the onset of symptoms and we will reschedule your booking or issue a refund.

How much does Delaporte Manor cost?

Ticket prices for Delaporte Manor vary depending on the date and time booked, and the number of tickets still available for booking. View our booking calendar to see specific prices for the dates and times you're interested in. Prices start at $38 per person not including tax. VIP experiences start at $400 for a group of up to 6 guests.

Is the experience scary?

Yes, Delaporte Manor is a horror experience designed to be scary. It is not recommended for young children, pregnant women, or anyone with a health condition which may be triggered by jump scares.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 45 minutes including time in the preshow. After the experience, you're welcome to hang out in our courtyard and purchase drinks and food from Courtyard Brewery.

How similar is Delaporte Manor to an escape room?

Delaporte Manor is a blend between a haunted house, immersive theater, and an escape room. If percentages were assigned to each, we’d guess that it would be 60% haunted house, 30% immersive theater, and 10% escape room.

Is the subject matter appropriate for kids?

Delaporte Manor is a horror experience. It is not recommended for young kids or those who are pregnant. If you have a specific concern, please write to us directly, and we’ll do our best to answer your question.

Will there be other people in my group?

Groups of up to 8 guests will be welcomed inside every few minutes. If there are less than 8 people in your group, you will be paired with other guests. Once inside, you will generally stick with this group although there are times when you may be in a larger room with many guests.

VIP packages are available which offer a mostly private experience. If you would like a fully private experience, please contact us at [email protected].

Can I eat or drink in the experience?

Unless medically necessary, we do not allow food or drinks into Delaporte Manor.

Is Delaporte Manor handicapped-accessible?

About half of the experience can be navigated in a wheelchair. Special tickets are available for those with disabilities and their caretakers. Please write to us in advance at [email protected] for accommodation.

Is photography allowed?

No photography or recording is allowed inside Delaporte Manor. For media inquiries please contact us.

What if I run late?

Delaporte Manor runs on a tight schedule which requires that participants arrive on time. Please arrive no more than 15 early or 15 minutes later than the date and time on your ticket.

Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final, and we do not give refunds. If you have extenuating circumstances, please write to us at [email protected].

Can I revisit the Delaporte Manor?

You're welcome to visit as many times as you like. Tickets are only good for entry on the specified date and time of the ticket.

Are you able to host a large group?

Large groups can be accommodated, but not everyone can enter at the exact same time. 8 guests can enter every few minutes which is around 30 every 15 minutes. Contact us at [email protected] so that we can customize your group experience.

Are gift cards available for purchase?

Gift cards for Delaporte Manor are not currently available for purchase, but you can purchase tickets for other people.

Can I use my Escape My Room gift card for Delaporte Manor?

You cannot use gift cards for Escape My Room for Delaporte Manor online, but we can manually process them. Please write to us at [email protected] if you would like to use an Escape My Room gift card for Delaporte Manor, and include the gift code, how many tickets, and your preferred date and time. Expect to hear back from us within 48 hours.
