Delaporte Manor is a horror-themed theatrical experience.

Enter at your own risk.

No firearms or weapons are allowed.

You may experience fog effects, strobe lights, intense sound, low lighting, and sudden movements.

You will have to walk up one flight of stairs and down one flight of stairs. Crawling is optional.

You may be refused entry for any reason.

You will be refused entry if you are intoxicated or impaired with alcohol, recreational drugs, or prescription medication.

Do not enter if you have any health effects including, but not limited to asthma or other respiratory conditions, heart conditions, seizures, high blood pressure, broken bones, neck or back injuries, recent fever or flu-like symptoms, pregnancy, mental health issues.

All guests must be wearing shoes and clothes. Closed toe shoes are recommended.

Young children are not recommended. Parents and guardians accept full responsibility and liability for their minor children by allowing them to attend this attraction.

Rainchecks will be issued if the attraction is closed for any reason outside of our control.

By purchasing a ticket, you understand and voluntarily accept that there is inherent risk involved with attending this experience. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this experience, ticket holder agrees to release the operator, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors and employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending all experiences at this location.
